Welcome to the Hersham Golf Club consultation website. We are pleased to introduce our revised proposals for the proposed residential development at Hersham Golf Club.
The landowner of Hersham Golf Club has been working alongside Countryside Partnerships, the experienced consultant team, local interest groups, Elmbridge Borough Council and local residents since 2019 to design a high-quality scheme which responds to local demand for housing and amenities.
The revised proposals have been worked up with the assistance of Countryside Partnerships who have delivered high quality schemes all around the country and work regularly with affordable housing providers to ensure developments meet the needs of local people.
This website provides details of our revised proposals for Hersham Golf Club, comprising 221 much-needed energy efficient new homes, a new medical centre/GP surgery, and publicly accessible open green spaces. The new homes will include 50% affordable housing, totalling 111, this housing has been specifically designed, both in size and tenure to address current demand.
It is important to us that the local community is informed of our proposals which will be submitted to the Borough Council in October.
